Who created evil?

It has always been said that in the beginning it was only God and he created everything.
God a being full of light and infinite goodness, created the sky and the earth the animals and then the man.
But it is said that afterwards lucifer sowed evil in Adam and Eve.
But I wonder the wickedness that dwells in Lucifer where it came from?
If God was the one who created it and only God existed then that evil that seized Lucifer where did it come from? If its creator is pure goodness and there was nothing more than God.
Then it will be possible that evil and good are in God?

In Isaiah chapter 45 verse 6 and 7
So that it is known from the birth of the sun, and to where it is put, that there is but me; I am Jehovah, and none more than I.
Who formed the light and created darkness, I make peace and create adversity I Jehovah am I do all this.
